  1. It’s a shame you don’t have a donate button! I’d certainly donate to this brilliant blog! I suppose for now i’ll settle
for bookmarking and adding your RSS feed to my Google
account. I look forward to new updates and will share
this blog with my Facebook group. Talk soon!

  2. I don’t even know how I ended up right here, but I thought this put up was great. I do not recognize who you are but definitely you’re going to a famous blogger should you aren’t already. Cheers!

  3. First off I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Many thanks!

    • thanks! its interesting that you should bring this up, as i’ve been battling a little writer’s block as well, which seems like a common occurrence the more time one spends sitting in front of the computer. What works the best for me, when I’m really stuck, is just to get up and go do something else entirely. Maybe a hike, wash the car, clean your room…you get it. But, I try not to think about writing at all. Your subconscious is a powerful tool, so why not take advantage of it and allow it to put order to all that soup in your brain? A little distraction goes a long way, and when I’ve had enough time to process how and what I want to say I go back. If you’re struggling with the first 10 to 15 mins you might need to develop a little ritual that you do every time, all the time, right before you begin the actual process. Depending on when you do most of your writing, in the morning for example, turn the computer on, grab a cup of coffee, look out the window…whatever. It will act like muscle memory for your brain, letting it know its time to start thinking, getting you over that initial hesitation. Anyway, hope this offered a little insight. Thanks again for reading!
